Pb managed the participation for Seagate Technology at the International Trade Show IFSEC.  The team were involved from the initial brief for the stand and then managed the whole project including a speaking slot, lecture theatre schedule, press interviews, meeting room and schedule, drinks at the stand, promotion staff for prize draw and lead generation and an after show drinks party at a bar in the venue. The team use the event as a lead generation event so we worked closely with them creating new ways to improve the leads at the event.  The stand had a detailed brief with a meeting room, secure product displays, partner display area, presentation area and demos.
